Personal data collected on this website is processed for the following purposes:

- Answering the questions you send via our contact form. Processing is based on performance of the contract to which you are a party;
- Sending you our brochures following your request via the “Brochure” form. Processing is based on performance of the contract to which you are a party;
- Administering and managing opinions published via our “visitors’ opinions” form and communicating resulting information. Processing is based on the following legitimate interest: continuous improvement of the Park’s service offer.
- Sending you information on our offers, news and events. Processing is based on your prior consent.
- If required, in-park management of people following an accident and of found items. Processing is based on your prior consent.

It is necessary to complete all fields marked with an asterisk, in order to enable Futuroscope Park to perform the above-mentioned contracts. Other information requested is optional and simply helps us get to know users better and improve services on offer to them.

Recipients of data collected are Futuroscope Park and its subsidiary, along with the Compagnie des Alpes and any eventual Futuroscope Park subcontractors, for technical and logistical reasons.
Futuroscope Park may have occasion to communicate personal data to third parties when such communication is required by law, a regulatory provision or a judicial decision, or if such communication is necessary to ensure the protection and defence of rights.

Futuroscope Park may have occasion to transfer personal data abroad. In such a case, the transfer is carried out with the appropriate guarantees and in compliance with regulations governing personal data protection.

Futuroscope Park undertakes only to use personal data for the periods required for the purposes described above. Data collected is preserved for the following durations:

-    “Contact form” questions: 3 years as from its collection
-    Brochure request: 3 years as from its collection
-    Visitors’ opinions: 3 years as from submission of review
-    For business development purposes: 3 years as from its collection.
-    In-Park management of people involved in accidents, and of found items: 1 year as from closure of the file following an accident, and 1 year as from the date the item is claimed.

Data is deleted once the above periods have expired. However, if data is processed for the purposes of business development, it may be preserved for a second three-year period if you agree to continue receiving commercial offers from Futuroscope Park.

In order to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data, and protect it against illegal or accidental destruction, loss, accidental alteration, and unauthorised divulgation or access, we have taken the appropriate technical and organisational measures in compliance with the applicable legal provisions. To this end, we have implemented a range of technical measures (including firewalls) and organisational measures (including a username / password system and means of physical protection).

You have the right to access your personal data, have it rectified or deleted, transfer it or have it transferred to a third party, have its processing limited or object to such processing. We shall comply with any such request you make, subject to compliance with the legal obligations incumbent upon us.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time to the processing of your personal data. Withdrawal of your consent does not affect the legality of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.

So as to ensure the confidentiality and protection of your personal data, we must be able to check your identity in order to respond to your request. To this end, you should accompany any request for exercise of the above-mentioned rights by a photocopy of an identity document including your date and place of birth and bearing your signature, in compliance with the provisions of the so-called “Information Technology and Civil Liberties” Law no.78-17 of 6 January 1978, Article 92 of the Decree of 20 October 2005 applying this law to French nationals, and European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 bearing on protection of physical persons with regard to processing of personal data and free circulation of such data.
